Contino Reserva is made with well-selected grapes, in a perfect state of ripeness which, after destemming, undergo a cold pre-fermentation maceration of 24-48 hours until the alcoholic fermentation begins spontaneously, which is carried out in stainless steel tanks of 12,000 lts. at a temperature of 26-28ºC. A post-fermentation maceration is carried out sequentially with gentle pumping over until the moment of devatting. Malolactic fermentation also takes place spontaneously. Aging for 18 months in American 20% and French 80% oak barrels, a period that is completed with aging in bottle in the cellar's cellars until its release to the market.
