The vineyard from which this wine comes from is located in the town of Villaverde de Medina (Valladolid). The soils are mostly sandy-clay-loam, with a predominance of coarse elements, which provide coolness during the night and radiate heat to the clusters during the day. The vineyard from which this wine comes from has a yield of 5000 kg of grapes per hectare. 100 hectares of Verdejo variety with an average age of 25 years. Sara Román de la Calle is the winemaker. Harvesting is done mechanically and during the night. The wine is made with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, after several hours of cold maceration and static racking. The wine is aged in bottle for about 2 months.
