The vineyard from which this wine comes from is located in the town of Villaverde de Medina (Valladolid). The soils are mostly sandy-clay-loam, with a predominance of coarse elements, which provide coolness during the night and radiate heat to the clusters during the day. The vineyard from which this wine comes from has an average yield of 5000kg of grapes per hectare. 40 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc variety with an average age of 25 years. The wine is made with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, after several hours of cold maceration and static racking. The wine is aged in the bottle for about 2 months.
A wine 100% Sauvignon Blanc singular, fresh and expressive. This variety, originally from the French region of Bordeaux, has adapted perfectly to the soil and climate of the Rueda D.O., which has allowed us to own 40 hectares of vineyards of this type of grape.
