Pale yellow wine with greenish reflections. Intense aroma where we find very ripe fruits such as melon and pear, accompanied by balsamic touches of fennel and lemon verbena. In the mouth it presents a pleasant interplay of acid and sweet flavors, fresh and smooth. It has a wide, clean finish with great persistence and harmony. The grapes were selected from each vine at the end of August by thinning the vineyard. The whole grapes were then pressed directly and the usual technique for making white wines was followed without using oak barrels. Organic farming.
