Can Axartell Blanco has a straw yellow color, with greenish glints that reflect its liveliness and freshness. Bright and limpid, it shows an attractive luminosity in the glass. The nose shows good aromatic intensity, the result of the expression of the Malvasia de Banyalbufar variety. The pome fruits (pear, apple) stand out, accompanied by citrus tones and a background of white flowers that gives it a very pleasant character. It is a very fresh wine, with an acidity that accompanies it throughout its journey, providing great durability in the mouth and persistence. The two varieties that make it up (Malvasía de Banyalbufar and Premsal) reflect in perfect harmony the uniqueness and friendliness of the Mediterranean character. The four months aging on lees contributes to increase the complexity and creaminess of the wine, making it more elegant and pleasant.
