From our beloved town of Sóller we present: Cabraboc gin Blau. A limited edition of 1400 bottles perfect to enjoy in any evening or to give as a gift. Cabraboc Blau requires a double distillation where we perform a maceration of botanicals in a copper column still. The selected botanicals are: juniper berries, basil, rosemary, thyme, lavender and chinchona bark. In the mouth we perceive very herbaceous flavors where the taste of juniper berries and basil predominates. On the nose it is very aromatic with a strong presence of lavender and rosemary.
CABRABOC dresses in blue. A fresher and more floral edition. Sea and sky, two omnipresent elements in Mallorcan life that we evoke through the freshness and intensity of Mediterranean botanicals. Lavender, basil, rosemary and thyme are the main ingredients of this edition.
