Our first creation. CABRABOC Gin, an unusual gin with a clear idea: to approach from another perspective to one of the classics of the island, the Mallorcan herbs. The base of the gin is a wine distillate, accompanied by the usual botanicals of Hierbas Mallorquinas. Fennel is the centerpiece and is accompanied by oranges, lemon tree leaves, lemon verbena and other traditional herbs. The result is CABRABOC Gin, a particularly smooth gin, with a fleeting sweet note, aniseed and citrus aromas.
