Cava Blau de Mar Brut 75cl is elaborated with the traditional varieties for the elaboration of cava, Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada. Produced by the traditional method, it is aged for 12 months before disgorging. It is marketed as Brut and its residual sugar makes it more balanced.
