Old vines with deep roots that explore the well aerated soil, exposed and hanging clusters of small vines, habitat, microclimate, orientation of the plots, productivity, are key factors that result in an impeccable raw material.
The perfect Binigrau grape has as a priority to obtain complete wines in their totality and in their concepts. Different vineyards and elaborations for different grapes. The complexity of the collection elaborated by hand with small boxes and the elaboration in small conical tanks, fine grain oak vats and selection for the barrels, are the real differentiating element in the elaboration process.
The result has been the production of gifted, complete, harmonious and balanced wines with body and alcohol content, volume, power, smoothness and freshness.
