In our cellar, located in Biniali, we use the most modern technology to elaborate our wines, maintaining some of the traditional manual work when it comes to treating the grapes. The vineyards and production are governed by the environmental and ecological management system, a practice that seeks to improve the quality of the grapes while respecting the natural rhythm of the plant and the balance of the environment. Cultivation is done with organic products using the ancestral system of biodynamics for the tasks of cultivation, pruning and harvesting.

Selection of the Chardonnay variety. Fermented and aged in French oak. Intense and bright golden yellow color. Aromas of toast, coffee and vanilla, matching exotic fruits and berries such as apricot and loquat, candied ginger and floral honey. The palate is silky and balanced with a pleasant acidity that leads to a long and spectacular finish where a bed of floral aromas appear.
