This champagne is a rosé resulting from a blend of Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Noir vines vinified in red.
40 % of Chardonnay from various Marne crus. Pale, shimmering pink layer, with warm, golden reflections. Subtle and appetising aroma, a fine bouquet of forest fruits and citrus peel notes. Precise and elegant attack on the palate, followed by a slightly raspberry finish and great freshness. It is an ideal accompaniment for an aperitif, but also for a dish of wild salmon or sushi. As a dessert, it will enhance the flavors of berries. Serving temperature: 8°.
30 % of Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and the Grand Vallée de la Marne, 30 % of Meunier from the Vallée de la Marne and the southern slopes of Épernay, dosage: 9 g/l, Vinification in vats. Malolactic fermentation, 40 % of reserve wines, aged on the lees in the cellar for 36 months.
