After a strict selection of the best clusters, the grapes are destemmed and vatted in stainless steel tanks and open barrels for slow fermentation and maceration for periods of 3 to 4 weeks. Small percentages of different varieties are added until 30% of the total volume is reached and the wine is aged in new 225 and 500-liter French oak for 12 months, after which it is blended and after a light filtering it is aged in the bottle for at least 8 months before being put on the market.

Description

The property is located in the area called "Es Pla de Biniali", with the denomination "Es Raiguer", in the center of Mallorca.
It was originally planted in 1997 on trellises and today the native varieties Prensal Blanc and Manto Negro are grown, producing high quality and concentrated fruit.
No pesticides or synthetic chemicals are used in the vineyard in order to respect the purity of our soil and the environment as a whole.
Today, more than a dozen small growers supply the winery with domestic grapes and other varieties.
The grapes are of the highest quality, which allows us to produce wines with a marked Mediterranean and Mallorcan character.
