Red wine from the winery Ava vi, under the denomination V.T. Mallorca. The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. It is then transferred to 500-liter French oak barrels, where it is aged for 6 to 8 months.
The property is located in the area called "Es Pla de Biniali", with the denomination "Es Raiguer", in the center of Mallorca.
It was originally planted in 1997 on trellises and today the native varieties Prensal Blanc and Manto Negro are grown, producing high quality and concentrated fruit.
No pesticides or synthetic chemicals are used in the vineyard in order to respect the purity of our soil and the environment as a whole.
Today, more than a dozen small growers supply the winery with domestic grapes and other varieties.
The grapes are of the highest quality, which allows us to produce wines with a marked Mediterranean and Mallorcan character.
