Arienzo 2018 is the first Vino de Zona of Marqués de Riscal as it is made at 100% with selected Tempranillo and Graciano grapes from vineyards located in Rioja Alavesa. Once the grapes reach their optimum ripeness, they are received at the winery and begin the natural processes of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, under strict temperature conditions. Once these processes are completed, the wine will be stored in
American oak barrels to carry out the aging process for a period of 18 months, after which the wine will be bottled.
