Natural winemaking, without sulfur in all processes, up to the bottle, a true reflection of the quality of the grapes from a select family vineyard. Low temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, short maceration, the grape's own yeasts and the absence of additives and filtrations result in a wine with a very intense cherry color with purple tones, ripe and sweet fruit on the palate, licorice and hints of black forest fruits with mineral nuances. The finish is long, intense, fruity and round, with slightly bitter nuances that give liveliness and freshness and denotes a great alcohol-acidity balance.
