Description

Powerful, direct and intense. Superb fabric like that of
2012, but just as long-lasting. Vital and high acidity
concentration from low yields, with fine tannins in the
intense and long finish, which shows a lot of pressure and
arrives youthfully agile, with exceptional class. Possesses a
explosive potential with a creamy and intense body. The small
amount of Chardonnay also gives it a certain delicacy. He
can undoubtedly remain at an extremely high level for more than 20 years of permanent change towards maturity.
André Clouet's 2011 Champagne Brut Millésime is made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay grapes from the Grand Cru vineyards of Bouzy, in the Montagne de Reims. This Millésime is only produced in the best vintages, carefully selected by Jean Francois Clouet. This Champagne ferments and then ages in Sauternes barrels for a few years, while the dosage remains within the Brut parameters.
